Good Morning Slave Routine
This session is split into four files, which should be placed together in order on a playlist. I suggest having a listen to the full session keeping out of trance BEFORE you try and listen to it as a morning wakener, to help alleviate awkwardness and confusion when you go to listen to it as intended.
Then, the next morning, use some form of app or alarm to set the first file into motion about ten minutes before you would like to wake up. Keep in mind the whole routine is a full hour, so you may need to wake up earlier than normal to accommodate your schedule.
You will begin with headphones off, and at a certain point will be instructed to put on headphones and begin the next track. You can certainly have the files set to go off automatically if you feel comfortable with it.
This was a fun project, with a good bit of experimentation for something new, and I love hearing the results!
