Step into the Circle

Before listening, please make sure you are either sitting or laying down in a comfortable position. Follow my voice while I count you down into trance — practicing the stages of complete relaxation as we go. Today I'm going to walk you through a new way of both visualizing a goal or vision you might have in mind, and then stepping into it.
