Welcome to your private session with me, Shibby, your spiritual guide and teacher. Today, I will be helping you to deepen your meditation practice. My ways of doing things might be a bit unorthodox but just trust the process. Breathe in. Breathe out. Focus and observe your chest moving, up and down, with each cycle. Letting your mind become Blank and Empty along with it. So I can take over and fill it with Pleasure. InstructionsAlthough this can stand-alone, I recommend having recently enjoyed either "My Sweet Boy", "Clench", or the beginner file, "Give In", a few days before.
I am going to use that growing confidence of yours to the fullest at the gym today. As in a bit of naughty public play, I'll be there with you, to whisper in your ear, while you workout for me on your favorite cardio machines. As I turn each of your bunny strides from a mere means of exercise to a meditative, pleasurable journey of self-actualization. Now, I won't just be whispering of course. I like to be effective. So you can expect me to use triggers, hypnotic language and brainwashing techniques to really pump out every last ounce of resistance from your weak little mind. You might be pulled into trance. I love playing with sounds and stimuli. I've found that auditory association can be such a fun way to spark joy in others, in unexpectedly delightful ways. So when I passed by a bunch of awesome vendors during my recent time at a Renaissance Fair, and I heard this Tingsha bell ring out... Well, naturally, I was drawn to this particular booth, with their fun little brass-looking chime things, and just started to play with them. It's these two chimes connected by a leather string, and all it takes is to drop the one chime onto the other to set them ringing. And all I could think in that moment was that these would be perfect for making into a file... I wasn't sure what, but I'd make one for them. And so I did. I know that when you listen to me, more often than not, you do not follow my instructions as they are given. Now, I don't necessarily blame you for this. You're here to be taken down and away from all your worries... You just want to be placed completely under someone else's control. That you’re safe at home, and I’m calling from work. That I brought all my own equipment, and everything here is welcoming and warm… Just close your eyes for me, and really imagine it.
Continuing the trend of pushing the envelope of hypnosis based trance experiences with "A Happy Little Orgasm" and the "L.A.T.E.X" Series; this is the experimental brainchild of my broken minion. A guided meditative journey into the great expanse of space and your mind. Mixing music, tantric meditation, hypnosis and yes, even a little bit of singing from yours truly (be gentle, haha). Find a quiet place in which to take a comfortable seat. Relax and listen and just take this moment to appreciate being still.
Find a safe place with space enough to stand and walk around. Relax and listen and just pay attention to your movement and your connection towards the ground.

Sleep is an important part of our busy lives. And as I guide you through this meditation together... As we imagine the winding river of your mind flowing through the seasons... I want to help answer some of the questions at the back of your mind that might be holding you back from falling asleep. To help relax your mind together through the practice of mindfulness. As we observe the flow of your thoughts drifting off towards a calm and restful sleep. So go slip on some headphones to listen with, settle down in bed for the night... Imagine your life, as a flying plane. You don't know your next destination. You have plans of where you want to go, where you want to fly next. But you know life is seldom what we deem it to be... I'm always here to help you navigate any uncertain times.

It can be all too easy to get swept away in the hustle and bustle of modern life. If you ever feel things have got too much or you just need to re-center yourself, simply follow my words.
