I want every one of my listeners to enjoy my files to the fullest. But at the same time you should always feel safe, secure and comfortable with me, and the time you spent under my influence. So — for that reason — here is a quick reset file that you can return to should you wish to cleanse yourself of something you find distressing or uncomfortable.

Welcome to the first instalment in my brand new "Podcast" series. Every month I try to do a live recording, and these podcasts are a way for you to listen in on those experiences at your own leisure.
